The Kopswa Mobile application is a member-only application.
This application allows members to access information about savings, loans, and other Kopswa Jakarta products.
The features available in this application are:
- Check Member Savings Balance (Mandatory Savings, Principal Savings, Student Savings, and Siska).
- Check Member Loan Balance

Loan facilities are only available to registered Kopswa Jakarta members.
Member Loan Facilities consist of several types of loans, namely:
- Regular Loans
A form of loan facility provided to Cooperative Members with a regular income for purposes such as home renovations, down payments for a house/plot/land purchase, vehicle purchases, children's school needs, medical/healthcare expenses, and the need for goods or services that are "consumable" or do not produce a product/service and are not for business purposes.
Loans with terms of 1 to 120 months with an interest rate of 17% per year.
Maximum loans of up to IDR 100,000,000 (one hundred million rupiah) do not require additional collateral.
Maximum loans above IDR 100,000,000 up to IDR 500,000,000 require additional collateral.

- Incidental Loans
Incidental Loans are loans provided to Cooperative Members with a clear underlying asset in the form of Bonuses, OPCT, OPCB, PMB, Severance Pay, Appreciation Pay, Pension Benefits, and Time Deposits. They bear an interest rate of 15% per year.
