- When you report an inconvenience, your smartphone's Bluetooth or Wi-Fi may be automatically turned on or off to determine the exact location of the train you are boarding.
- In order to quickly and reliably report inconveniences, complaints are processed through a 4G or 5G network using minimal information.
- Telecom carrier data may be deducted when using the app.
