The app is fast and displays all you need to know about train schedules and fare .. The booking method is not the best but that's stills works.. What doesn't work at all is the payment.. The moment you choose to pay (foreign card for me), and enter your card numbers, it crashes, gets stuck on loading and does nothing at all. Waste of time.

Absolute garbage – impossible for travelers to use. Total waste of time. The user interface is a complete mess and feels like it hasn’t been updated in a decade. Most frustratingly, there is no clear option to change the language, making the entire booking process a guessing game of "click and hope." Even if you manage to navigate the menus, the payment system is utter junk—it constantly rejects international cards or crashes mid-transaction. It’s a "smart" app that is incredibly stupid.

I've tried 3 times to pay for a seat with entering all my card details but it keeps showing me the blank page. I thought it was just taking time, but it didn't work even though i waited for 10 min. If i tap the screen, it keeps going back to the first page of the payment. At first, when i failed to make it, i saw the seat was already TAKEN, so I thought maybe someone chose a seat at the same time as me but 3 times in a row? Seriously? I'm gonna be crazy if I find you charge me 3 times.
