About this app

The Addin Waktu Solat Malaysia application is designed with the primary purpose of providing accurate and reliable information on prayer times in Malaysia. Prayer (Solat) is obligatory five times a day: Subuh, Zohor, Asar, Maghrib, and Isyak. It is essential for Muslims to know the correct prayer times to perform their prayers regularly.

Features of the Addin Waktu Solat Malaysia Application

The Waktu Solat application offers various useful features for users. Below are some of the features available in this application:

- Local and International Prayer Timetables: This app allows users to set prayer schedules according to their location. It offers prayer timetables for areas in Indonesia (KEMENAG), Malaysia (JAKIM), Singapore (MUIS), and Brunei. Additionally, the app can display prayer times based on global locations.

- Automatic Azan Alarm: One of the best features of this app is the automatic Azan alarm, which is very helpful in reminding users to perform their prayers at the correct times.

- Qibla Direction Indicator: The app includes a digital compass that helps users determine the direction of the Qibla. This feature is crucial for Muslims, especially when they are in unfamiliar places or traveling.

- Hijri and Gregorian Dates: The app also provides information about both Hijri and Gregorian dates. Users can view the current Hijri date and convert it to the Gregorian date or vice versa.

- Nearest Mosque Search: The app includes a feature to search for the nearest mosque. Users can quickly and easily find the closest mosque from their location.

- Tasbih Counter: To facilitate users in performing Zikir, the app provides a Tasbih counter. This feature helps users keep track of the number of Zikir they have performed, maintaining consistency and focus.

- Daily Prayers List: The app offers a list of daily prayers commonly used by Muslims. Users can easily access and read these prayers whenever needed.

- List of 99 Names of Allah, 25 Prophets, and Angels: The app also features a list of the 99 names of Allah, the 25 Prophets, and the angels along with their duties. Users can learn these names and deepen their knowledge of Islam through this feature.

- Guide for Performing Optional Prayers: The app provides guidance on performing optional prayers (Waktu Solat Sunat). Currently, this feature includes the Sunat Qasar & Jamak prayers, 8 Rakaat Tarawih, and Sunat Witir prayers. This feature offers additional knowledge about optional prayers and helps users perform them.

- Hijri Date Synchronization with Server: The app allows users to sync the Hijri date used in Malaysia with the server. With this feature, users will always have the latest information on the Hijri date without needing to adjust it manually.

- Waktu Solat Widget: The widget can be used to display prayer times, whether in Malaysia, Indonesia, Brunei, Singapore, or worldwide.

Content Addition and Application Development

The developers of the Waktu Solat Malaysia application will continue to strive to add new content and features to the Waktu Solat app. The goal is to provide a better user experience and meet the needs of Muslims in performing their prayers. The developers will continue to update the prayer timetable according to the official website [https://www.e-solat.gov.my/](https://www.e-solat.gov.my/) - Jabatan Kemajuan Islam Malaysia (JAKIM) to ensure the accuracy of the information provided in this app.

I really like this app before. It doesn't need location n all. It has daily tazkirah or quotes from the quran. But after the new update, there's more ads, no more daily quotes appear, it doesn't have adzan anymore. It only vibrates or just a notif, not even with any sound. N no I didn't put my phone in vibrate mode n I didn't put the app to battery optimization. Before it was fine, but I don't know what happened after the new update. Had to uninstall this sadly. I've been using this for years.

I like this app but unfortunate during the adhan I couldn't slow down the volume its just simply diminished the adhan (stop immediately upon press down volume or during turn on the phone). Hope you could rectify this part. The others is good. Tq for the app. 10.1.2020 Why its not adzan on time? Esp subuh, now maghrib...
