Ratings and reviews

I'm amazed this app was available for me to download. There is no option for English language. Additionally, customer service confirmed to me that there is currently no way for customers outside of South Korea to even use the app because they can't verify foreign ID documents.

Korbit was very user friendly before 2018. Unfortunately now it's very difficult for foreigner users to enjoy this platform and it's mobile apps. I'm waiting for English version of this app for several months but all I see is "coming soon" notification. I miss the old Korbit.

Very difficult apps for the foreigner users. If your not korean you cannot withdraw your money in krw even if you have a shinhan bank they cannot allow you to add your shinhan bank acc. So sad but i dont recommend this app to others.
