Kordnex is an inventory organizer for homes, collections, storage spaces, and small businesses. Create a searchable catalog of your belongings and always know what you own and where each item is stored.

ADD AND RECOGNIZE ITEMS
Create items manually or add a photo for AI-assisted recognition. Save the item name, description, category, photos, codes, and other useful details. Review and edit every suggestion before saving it.

ORGANIZE EVERYTHING
Group items into categories and lists. Build nested storage locations such as buildings, rooms, shelves, or boxes, then assign each item to its current and home location. Search and filter the catalog to find an item quickly.

SCAN AND TRACK
Scan QR codes and barcodes with the camera to identify items and locations. Move items between locations, record incoming and outgoing items, and review movement history.

COLLABORATE
Create shared organizations and invite members. Control access to the entire organization or to selected locations and categories, so families or teams can maintain one inventory together.

EXPORT YOUR DATA
Export organized inventory information in PDF, Excel, CSV, or XML format for insurance records, moving, audits, or your own backup.

Kordnex supports English, German, and Ukrainian. It contains no advertising and does not collect GPS location; “locations” are storage places that you create yourself.
