Consistently good pronunciation in the recorded voices with a clearly discernible difference between similar but distinct pronunciations. Helpful hints, for native English speakers, that give the student the english equivalent. But it doesnt rely on this. Mostly it is symbol and sound. I found it superior to other more popular (highly advertised) apps.

Honestly, this is my 2nd time rating and I'd say it's an amazing app!! It won't take you up to 3 months to memorize (if u want to learn real quick). It's best paired with the app SNU LEI- Hangeul (although it lacks romanization). It's good overall but maybe just too plain? It doesn't have much activities so it was kinda boring just that. Totally reco it to you guyss.

I needed to get familiar with the Korean Alphabet very quickly before I dove into my Korean Language course today and this app helped a lot and was very simplified and beginner friendly for a real beginner with zero Korean study history like me. And I love that the app provides a short and simple pronunciation tip to help me remember how to pronounce each character.
