The app had a lot of bugs, network failure, and all sorts of malfunctions. Users waited patiently, thinking it was a new app and would get better with time. My first-ever withdrawal was unsuccessful and refunded to my account. I wrote customer service, but there was no reply, and suddenly, the withdrawal option disappeared. So what happens to the money users have invested in the platform?

I don't like the app because you can't cash out the tokens to your bank account or through usdt and epay wallets, you will be asked to transfer to either agency or coins seller which none of them want to transact. They should work on how we can cash out our tokens by ourselves or else they will lose a lot of people download the app
