About this app

Welcome to the next generation of KorTerra one call ticket management for mobile users, available for download on any smartphone or tablet. KorTerra Field has been purposefully designed for locators with the goal of empowering greater efficiency when managing 811 locate tickets on the go.

Locators can easily plan their day around the type and location of tickets, take and upload photos directly in the app without sacrificing device storage space, and utilize click-to-call or click-to-email capabilities that provide streamlined communication with ticket owners and contractors. Offline capabilities allow users with spotty or no connection to continue viewing, managing, and completing tickets.

Please bring back the camera swap to wide angle lens. I have to use this app for taking photos everyday, and now even standing back is too zoomed in. I used to be able to flip the camera front facing, then back again to show wide angle. Even pinch zooming out is too close for accurate distance pictures. Also, there are too many tabs for the same information you could find in one list before the updates.

new update: breaks app. "fix": fixes something no one knew was an issue, breaks apps map to where you're playing zoom-in/out game to see parts of the map. reaching out is basically pointless because they make it seem like you're lying

UPDATE: Fails to sync even on WiFi, as every time I contact 'help hub' they say it's a network issue, it's not MY network, it's theirs. wait to be done with this app. Taking pictures with a 35mm camera, developing the film, printing the picture, and hand delivering it to the 811 office would take less time than it does to sync pictures to this app. 5G, full bars, and it took almost 30mins to sync 32 pictures. Shouldn't have to un/re-install for the app to update.
