Kortex Field is a mobile application developed for technicians of companies using the Kortex field service platform. Manage your daily tasks in water treatment and similar field service operations from a single application.

FEATURES

• Job List: View your assigned work orders day by day; customer, address, and job type information is readily available. • Work Order Flow: Start and complete jobs; record materials used and operations performed. • Photo Proof: Add service proof photos to jobs; they are sent to the center along with the closing record. • Offline Operation: You can close jobs even without internet; the queue automatically synchronizes when a connection is restored. • Shift Tracking: When you start your shift, your location is periodically reported to your employer throughout the shift; location reporting stops when the shift ends. • Periodic Maintenance: Track automatically generated maintenance visits. • Collection: Create collection records in the field; receipts are instantly displayed in the panel.
