did some transfers regarding pokemon trading. not huge amount. was told account under review and held my money for very long. till now still holding. called and ask. always give standard reply still under review

LiquidPay App did not work at all with merchants in China regardless whether data was from local CN SIM or via SG Telco SIM. So don't bother to download and try to frustrate yourself when having holidays. The Support Team is as bad; no chat support in the app while it said it has. Try using it should you want to be frustrated.

There is no function to delete account. There is an obscure link in Help to submit a requesr for account deletion. After one week I still have not gotten any response.
