On seeing how terrible recent transaction experiences have been in shop front involving customer that is tourist from China, would I dare to even think of personally using this as an app on my phone? No way. Don't tell me ongoing issues... When money that is in the $1000s is involved in a 24hrs operations, and I have problems with settlements and transactions, it cannot be tolerated. 1/10 for you. Even 0/10 if that is a score that can be given.

very very traumatic!! phone stolen/hacked. I email Liquid Payto temporarily suspend the acc n it's online functions.. police report was needed... I lready had the report, I immediately followed up by sending the report. from then,cs is almost non existent.even with a police report.. previous CS don't know if Liquid Pay has an office or over the counter ctr when I chose to make a visit for the issue. sadly Liquid pay didn't give a flying fish about us, users who trust them with our $$$

Terrible terrible app. Since sometime ago top-up via eNets stopped working, and it is still not resolved after 2 months. Have been chasing liquidpay team but to no avail. If you use credit card to top up, you cannot remove the card from the app, the Liquidpay team has to remove it. Honestly with the app having so many problems, I am concerned about security issues.
