I am extremely disappointed with Liquid Group’s service. I made a money transfer almost a week ago but the recipient has yet to receive the funds. I contacted Liquid Group immediately to investigate but after multiple follow-ups, there has been no resolution, no proper update, and no clear explanation. For a financial service provider, this level of delay and lack of communication is unacceptable. Customers trust you with their hard-earned but the way this has been handled is unacceptable.

Paynow/changipay/alipay integration works, was able to withdraw to paynow after overseas trip.

Terrible terrible app. Since sometime ago top-up via eNets stopped working, and it is still not resolved after 2 months. Have been chasing liquidpay team but to no avail. If you use credit card to top up, you cannot remove the card from the app, the Liquidpay team has to remove it. Honestly with the app having so many problems, I am concerned about security issues.
