Does exactly what it says it would: displays a hexadecimal dump of a file, alongside its ASCII representation. One can choose the file to open, and one can scroll through the dump. That's it. Perfect, and exactly the thing I needed.

Exactly what it says on the tin. It views files, with hex values and ASCII. Nothing more, nothing less. No editing or other features. Small. Works with multi-megabyte files. No ads.

Nothing fancy, but does exactly what it says, and is easy and intuitive to operate. It gives a warning about being written for an earlier version of Android, but it seems to work fine even if it isn't likely to be updated. The touch interface works nicely too.
