The Kosher GPS app is your one-stop solution for all your kosher needs. Updated *daily*, this application highlights everything kosher in your area, taking the guesswork out of kosher travel. So whether you’re looking to “eat, daven or dip,” Kosher GPS is your go-to source for thousands of restaurants, minyanim and mikvahs across the USA, Canada and many other countries .
Kosher GPS also has the capability to order food, highlights deals and discounts offered by local restaurants. Take advantage of the discounts and you’ll see the app will be invaluable! Just show the manager or owner their discount listed in your app and they will give you the discount. More and more restaurants are joining all the time. This will save you money.
Allow the app to use your location and it will automatically find the closest kosher restaurants. Use the search icon and search in other areas by ZIP code or name. Once you locate what you’re looking for, tap on it to check it out. Always verify the hashgacha, and use your phone's GPS to get you to your destination. We will be adding features in the future and as our network increases so will the number of restaurants that give discounts.

Long time happy user of the app. NOT happy with the update that requires location access be permitted. I use the app to plan ahead, so requiring my current location is both annoying & useless to me.

Even the old version required access to your location in order to accurately show the restaurants locations near you

App has a nice facelift and new version has more features than before. Response time is fast and content looks up to date. Ability to set preferences for searches and filters would improve usability of the app.

There is a filter in the app for meat, dairy or pareve and also by price point and if you want to only see list or place for Pickup or Delivery
Top of screen has the ability to do search by zip code or state and by name

Search for another zip code and it will show results for that location, but only for a second before changing back to your current location. No reason why it requires location permissions even without this bug.

That doesn't sound right! Can you give us more information at kosherdroid@yahoo.com so that we can investigate.
I just tried it zip code, USA (comma and USA required so it knows what country searching) and stays until I press refresh button
