I'm an option scalping trader so I continue to see charts and require every minute update. The problem with Kotak neo is when I switch from one display to another, the chart is gone, and I suddenly see the white display (please find the attached images after and before for your better understanding). then I want to go home page then again need to open the chart. Because of this situation, there are 2 minutes every time. and if I count for the whole day the total loss is almost 30 minutes.

very good but if you could add another way of placing order apart from bracket order. like just stoploss and Target without trailing will be very good. and fix the bug that makes the screen go black blank sometimes. it's very annoying. have to close the app and launch again. and the insta trade is also very inconvenient.. you can make it like the punch app.

App is good but the thing is it takes time to execute orders, and after recent update the app is closing automatically after executing orders and need to open the app again and putting the finger print/entering the security code then it takes several seconds (10 to 20 seconds) to show the order details. By the time stock may be gone down or up and exiting with the loss. So kindly look into it and resolve the issue.
