best mobile experience. but one thing is when you place a sell order it gets executed at a lower price, and buy orders at higher prices even though the nifty chart never shows that price level in chart. features are good, but speed is not what they advertise. improve the speed and quality then you will get 2 more stars

Hey Kotak Team, please note my review. Three star only. App is good but not the best for trading (specially for scalping) compared with the other discount brokers out there. It hasso many bugs, charts are not well synced. Trading from charts need more stable updates like, live PnL on charts, SL and target, live data from nse,etc. Hope to see some competitive features coming soon.

Terrible ...pathetic service... Most of time app stops responding... Orders places were automatically bought but customer cannot modify cancel or sell the order and got a huge loss... Customer care will never reply even didnt pickup the call... Dont do trading in this app... Otherwise get a huge amount of money loss... Use others app to do trading... Never reply on mail or phone... worst service again and again...
