I'm an option scalping trader so I continue to see charts and require every minute update. The problem with Kotak neo is when I switch from one display to another, the chart is gone, and I suddenly see the white display (please find the attached images after and before for your better understanding). then I want to go home page then again need to open the chart. Because of this situation, there are 2 minutes every time. and if I count for the whole day the total loss is almost 30 minutes.

Hi, When I trade in live market. The webpage and the app does not refresh automatically with new orders I have to refresh the page to see. Some times it gets loading loading... And takes time to get to the page. This is common in app as well as web interface. I am trading with zerodha more than 3 years it's bit faster than kotak neo. I would like to try kotak as my friend told. Please improve the speed and refresh rate. It would be very very helpful for traders.

App UI is great. Lots of improvements needed - 1. Need the option to show watchlist on trade via charts page. 2. GTT option 3. Web is laggy and hangs a lot during market hours. 4. Insta trade option should be available in web as well like angel one. Hope to see these features to come in soon.
