Knitting "words" with your smartphone. A SNS app that is like a talisman that you can always carry with you.

[What is Kotoam?]
Kotoam is a SNS app for posting and viewing words.
Writers can post all kinds of words, including poems, novels, essays, diaries, and even book recommendations.
A major feature is that readers can compile and share their favorite works from within the app into playlists.
This is a new type of SNS app that allows you to enjoy "word playlists" just like a music app.
We deliver the joy that the writer feels with his work, and the reader with his playlist, as if he were opening a small bookstore.

[What you can do in Kotoam]
◎Easy vertical post
- You can easily post words of all genres, 30 characters x 10 lines, up to 300 characters.
- You can post poems, diaries, essays, novels, and even recommended books, making it easy for even readers to start creating.
・You can also add a title. Please use it for series, titles, quotations, etc.
- The font size automatically changes depending on the length of the work, so you can create a neat layout without any hassle.
・You can also save images of vertically written works and share them on SNS.
- Submitted works may be ranked in the popularity rankings.

◎Create and share playlists
-You can create playlists by flipping through the words posted on the app and collecting works by favorite or theme.
-You can add your own works as well as other users' works to playlists, allowing you to create a simple collection of works. By adding your own and friends' works to the playlist, you can use it as a substitute for Nepuri.
- By editing the playlist you created, you can rearrange the works in the order you like.
・You can reread and share playlists, and you can also like playlists created by other users.
- Created playlists can be made public or private, and public playlists may be ranked in the popularity rankings. One of the attractions is that there is a different kind of enjoyment beyond reading a book.

◎Your work will be passed on to readers and cherished.
・Works added to the playlist are stored in the reader's library and read again and again.
・If reader A puts a work by writer B in a playlist called ``○○,'' Mr. B will receive a notification saying ``It has been added to a playlist called ○○.'' It has the unique value of being able to visualize how it is received by readers.

・You can follow and connect with creators of your favorite works and playlists.
-You can see playlists and works created by other users, as well as playlists they liked from their profiles. It's like having someone you like look at their bookshelf.

Knit words and make them into amulets. The name Kotoamu has two meanings: ``words x knitting'' and ``words x amulet.''
As people go through their daily lives, there are moments when a gap appears in their hearts. I believe that this gap can be filled with words. The Cotoam planner was also one of those who was saved by words.
The gap in your heart is the depressing time between leaving home and going to work. When you get angry and your heart shrinks. When you say goodbye to a friend or lover. It occurs in every scene of daily life.
Short words are like prescriptions for the mind, and as you turn the pages of the book, they gradually fill you up. However, I cannot carry around books with beautiful bindings, such as collections of poems or poems, because they get dirty. The words I needed in every day-to-day situation did not come easily to me.
If it were an app, it would be easy, and I could read it over and over again in my spare time, and I could reread it whenever I wanted. A music app playlist that I always listen to like a talisman. I thought how great it would be to have a verbal version of this, and came up with the idea.
The planner himself was also the creator. I posted a short message on the SNS X, and although it got likes, it was never read again. Even if I try to put my heart and soul into it, I feel like the work is only in the hands of the creator. What remained was a vague feeling of helplessness.
If it's a playlist, you won't have to turn it into a book, you'll read it over and over again, and it will be in the hands of readers. The confusion that planners had until now has been cleared up, and it has become a platform that they can recommend with confidence.
This platform cannot start without creators. We will explore various possibilities, such as giving back to the creators, collaborating with publishers to make a book, and holding events and exhibitions at Tokyo Dome City, which attracts 40 million visitors annually.

[The future of Kotoam]
・Cotoam will be released as a new business of Tokyo Dome Co., Ltd. Initially, there may be insufficient functionality or problems, but we will continue to update the product sincerely after listening to the feedback of our users.
-Currently available for use completely free of charge. We are planning to continue using a freemium plan where you can enjoy the basic experience for free, but some users will be charged to maintain operations and further improve the service. A specific example is, ``Free users can only view playlists created within the last few months, and paid users can view playlists as much as they want for an unlimited period of time.'' However, rather than introducing charges for the current functionality, we plan to implement it as updates become available to provide a better experience, and those who have been enjoying the service for free until then will never be automatically charged. The world we aim for is a world where creators never break their pen. In the future, we will give back to creators and take initiatives that will help them spread their wings.
