SELL&PAY is an app that anyone can easily use to sell not only cash vouchers and foreign currency, but also "things" such as branded products and smartphones, such as VISA prepaid cards. Virtual cards can be issued immediately without the need for examination.
Konan Ticket will purchase the cash vouchers and "things" (branded goods, branded watches, alcohol, cameras, smartphones, fashion items, precious metal jewelry, artwork, antiques, golf equipment) you have, and the purchase amount will be paid by CellPay. Charge it as cash. Charge balances can be used at VISA member stores nationwide. CellPay Cash can also be transferred to your own account as cash.
Additionally, SELL&PAY has a ``deferred charge'' function where you can charge immediately and pay all at once at the end of the following month. After entering the necessary information in the app, enter the charge amount and charge immediately. Payment can be made in a lump sum at the end of the following month via convenience store payment or CellPay cash payment.

■How to use SELL&PAY
(1) Download the app and register as a member.
(2) Select the coupon or item you wish to sell and apply.
(3) Please send cash vouchers to Konan Ticket. If you are satisfied with the pre-assessment of the item,

*A separate identity verification procedure and card issuance fee (800 yen) are required.

・SELL&PAY allows you to become a premium member (300 yen per month, deducted from your SELLPay balance every month).
・Premium members have a higher purchase rate than usual and receive 1.0% cash back on the amount spent on Visa cards, making it a membership plan that gets better the more you use it.
