About this app

Djek Drive is the Koupely delivery app in Ivory Coast. Receive deliveries near you, deliver at your own pace, and track your earnings, mission by mission.

BECOME A DELIVERY DRIVER
• Create your account with your phone number: you'll receive a verification code via WhatsApp.

• Add your name, a photo of your face, and your location.

• Koupely will review your application. You'll be notified as soon as your account is validated.

RECEIVE DELIVERIES NEAR YOU
• Switch to "Online" when you're available, and "Offline" when you're finished.

Each delivery is offered to the driver closest to the store by road.

• Before accepting, you'll see the pickup point, the delivery zone, and your earnings.
• You have 2 minutes to accept or decline. You can carry up to 5 deliveries at a time.

DELIVER WITH EASE
• Google Maps guides you to the store, then to the customer. • At the store, present your QR code or 6-digit code: the package will be given to you and the delivery will be recorded.

• At the customer's location, scan their QR code or enter their code to confirm delivery.

• Orders are paid online: you never receive cash.

• Any issues on-site? Report the problem from the mission, with a photo if necessary.

TRACK AND WITHDRAW YOUR EARNINGS
• Your earnings are displayed for each mission, even before you accept it.

• After each delivery, they are added to your balance. They become available 24 hours later.

• Request a withdrawal from the Earnings tab: after validation by Koupely, the money is sent to your Wave account. Shipping costs are covered by Koupely.

• View your delivery and earnings history at any time.

YOUR LOCATION, ONLY WHEN YOU'RE WORKING
Djek Drive uses your location only when you're online: to suggest nearby rides and allow the customer and Koupely to track the delivery in progress. Go offline to stop sharing.

YOUR ACCOUNT
• App available in French and English.

• Notifications for each new ride, mission, and pickup.

• You can delete your account at any time from your profile.
