Very unreliable in their delivery. Several times I ordered things from here and they were missing from the order when it arrived. Most of the times when you order bananas (yelakki), they will send another variety that is half the cost. Refund requests get rejected as well. I have stopped ordering from here. Better to use other platforms.

The app is really great, but all we need is the cancel your order option in it. It's very difficult to manage changes once an order is placed, and having the ability to cancel would provide users with more flexibility and control over their purchases. Adding this feature would greatly enhance the user experience and make the app more user-friendly. Thank you. Edit: I have been buying apples regularly from the online store, the recent apple orders had rotten apples except for one.

Easy to order. All items ordered are supplied in good condition. The delivery time is increased, probably due to increased demand. The refund for the missing / non available items is settled easily. App is getting updated regularly with improvements. Well done. Keep it up.
