EDOC (Event Document Creator) is a practical and easy-to-use mobile application designed especially for schools, educational institutions, and academic organizations to create structured event documentation quickly and professionally. Educational programs, school activities, and institutional events often require written reports with descriptions and photographs. EDOC simplifies this entire process by providing ready templates and a guided workflow to generate well-formatted event documents and export them as PDF files.
The app provides three built-in event templates: Single Page Template, Double Page Template, and Custom Template. Each template allows users to create, edit, reuse, and view event documents. After preparing the event content, users can instantly generate a properly formatted PDF and share it directly. The Custom Template offers flexible block-based editing where users can add subtitles, detailed descriptions, and image blocks with captions, allowing full control over document layout and structure.
EDOC also includes a School Profile feature where users can set their institution’s name, tagline, logo, and address once. After configuration, this profile information automatically appears across event screens and is included as a header in generated PDF documents. This ensures consistent branding and a professional presentation across all event reports without repeated data entry.
The PDF output is optimized for documentation and printing purposes. Event descriptions, images, captions, dates, and venue details are arranged in a clean and readable layout. The generated PDFs are suitable for sharing, archiving, and official record keeping.
The app also provides a Backup and Restore feature. Users can create backups of their saved event data and optionally store them in their own Google Drive. Backup and restore actions are fully user-controlled and optional.
EDOC is designed as a focused documentation tool and does not require account registration. All event data is stored locally on the user’s device unless the user chooses to create a backup. The app aims to make educational event documentation faster, easier, and more professional.
