Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the Menu -> My Apps -> Subscriptions page within the Google Play Store app.

The app works pretty well but the customer service is poor. I got an account for $9.99, and tried to cancel it shortly thereafter. You cannot cancel within the app, and when I emailed customer service they did not cancel it, so I was charged again. When I tried to get a refund they made it almost impossible. App is fine, customer service is awful! Also--I did know the email I used to sign up and provided it to you, don't get it twisted.

Since you did not know the email you utilized to sign up - we were initially unable to assist you. This is true for all websites, apps and services. Managing app subscriptions is easy from the Google Play Store - we clearly document this within our HELP on our website.

Every single time you split screen or go to another app to look at the items you want to add, it erases everything. I have had to redo the same receipt for different times now and wasted so much time for an application that I pay for monthly. It's infuriating and I've never had a worse experience with an app. I emailed customer service team so I hope they come back with a response that is suitable. Otherwise, don't waste your time or money. You'll just end up frustrated and back at the start.

I paid for the 3 day free trial and my 3 days isn't even up yet but they put the watermark back on the receipts so I can't use them. Don't sign up for the trial. And I can't even find where to cancel the trial or subscription.
