Kraan's Workflow App is available for users of the KRAAN software. The App makes it possible to easily handle purchase invoices. When new tasks are ready, a message is automatically sent and the user is informed of the new task.

The workflow application is the perfect addition for anyone who wants to handle tasks on the go or view open appointments.

In addition to processing, it is possible to view the following data for a process step:
• Cost rules
• Attachments with invoice information
• Previous memos from colleagues
• Process steps already completed

The following options ensure fast and efficient handling of tasks and process steps:
• Reject
• Request advice
• Placing on and off hold
• Approve
• Or send it back to the previous colleague who handled the task

Because the app communicates directly with the desktop environment, you always have the latest status. This requires an active internet connection.
