The game is extremely good but there are so many bugs in the game which I had reported around 2 years back which is still not fixed. Ex: Kill count is never accurate. You might kill the last 3 people and win the game, but the stats shows that you killed only 1. UPDATE: I do understand when the kill is counted, but as mentioned above, you might kill the last 3 enemy and win the game, yet the stats shows that you've killed 1 guy. And this happens atleast 70% of the time.

I have been playing this game for a week now f2p, and the game is fantastic with all the heroes almost balanced (as of now) and depends on our playstyle. but all of a sudden when I tried to login it shows I have been temporarily banned without giving any additional information. I mailed them back on the same day, but it's been 2days yet haven't heard back from them. so, the support team isn't very "support"ive.

The gameplay of the game itself is good but the game is made in such a way that it's pay2win. It's not like you pay once and you are done, you have to keep paying for each and everything, every event, repeatedly to stay relevant in game. Game developers are incompetent who can't fix the many bugs present ever since it's inception, the servers lag if there is more than usual number of players. Today Majority of the players got a temporary ban for 3 days for no reason. Avoid it for peace of mind.
