The app is just not....... mature but when it works, it works well. App always takes almost two minutes to connect with the controller. In the grand scheme, what's two minutes, right? But in today's always-on/always-connected set of expectations, this is inexcusable. App will almost always freeze the second time I open it. I'll get the splash screen and I can't even get my soft buttons to appear so I can get back to my home screen or get to the currently-running apps to force close the app.

10/24/24. Still wont connect. Maybe 1 of 200 attemps. Terrible app doesn't work takes forever to connect and sync changes dont take the first time have to repeat the changes over and over for it to accept the change in programming half the time app just locks up. There really needs to be an update to fix the problems Customer calls with a broken head i turn the zone off in the app until i can get out there to fix it and the zone still runs and floods a bed or a sidewalk
