Very poor execution for an app. Took about 5 minutes to set up an account because it kept having an issue with my password but wouldn't tell me what, doesnt seem to like special characters.... Super secure. Then once I got my order together and tried to set my address it wouldn't work. I could key in all my info but the "Address" field wouldn't work, kept taking me to a map and when I would select my location and hit the check mark it did nothing and left the address field blank.

literally would not let me create an account. it started glitching at each point. I had to go back and fill the information twice. then the otp was "sent" 6 times but never came

Too many times I've ordered thinking an establishment is open but it's closed and they keep your funds on the app. Sometimes they have items listed not available when they are. Customer service is hard to contact and they inflate their prices. I had an order two days in a row where it was wrong or the driver left out something specifically stated to deliver and with no compensation or alternative. Good concept at best but really need to do better it's too expensive for the mistakes they make.
