KR Inspection is the official mobile application for employees of Konkan Railway Corporation Limited (KRCL). It brings everyday workplace services to your phone and tablet, so you can get things done from anywhere on the network — even where connectivity is weak.

Designed for officers and supervisors conducting field inspections:
• Create new inspection reports with location, section, classification and item details
• Attach photographs to inspection items directly from the camera
• Record joint inspections with multiple inspecting officials
• Modify and track previously submitted inspections
• Query and view inspection records, and download reports as PDF

📶 Built for the field — works offline
Inspections created without network coverage are saved securely on the device and synced to KRCL servers automatically when connectivity returns. Offline login lets registered users open the app even with no signal.


🚆 Employee Self Service Portal (ESSP)
Access the KRCL ESSP directly from the app — view your details and carry out self-service tasks without needing a desktop.


Who can use this app?
KR Inspection is intended solely for serving employees of Konkan Railway Corporation Limited. A valid KRCL employee login is required — there is no public registration.
