My EK is the app designed to help San Marino SMEs better manage their business following the transition to electronic invoicing. It is a new digital and innovative tool to put companies and their accountants in communication.

Kreosoft's mission is to innovate the business of our customers with modern and intuitive digital products, which is why we have designed My EK as a solution that will allow SMEs in San Marino to manage their business in complete mobility and in total safety, improving the digital collaboration with your own accountant.

With the advent of electronic invoicing in San Marino, the way of relating between companies and accountants will change, and this is why My EK was born. We anticipated the future by creating a tool that promptly notifies the company of the arrival of new invoices and credit notes from Italian suppliers, then allowing the Accountant to be notified which documents will have to work and which not. All digitally, with a few clicks and without the need for calls or travel.

On the home page you can view the statistics (from electronic invoicing) on ​​turnover and company performance, always keeping up to date on the performance of your business.

In addition, you will immediately see the documents arrived from the suppliers (Italian and San Marino) and uploaded by the Tax Office, quickly sending them to the Accountant for the settlement of the single-phase with a simple click. Otherwise, you can notify the Accountant that a document that was delivered to you by the Tax Office is incorrect, saving the time spent on calls and emails.

Each invoice can also be downloaded or shared quickly and efficiently.




How to activate MY EK?

To get the app, you can contact your Commercial Office that uses our EK cloud software which will activate your account to use My EK with your company. Once your account has been activated, you will be guided through the simple registration procedure via email.

Contact your accountant, he will give you all the information you need.
