You can also request assistance in a simple and immediate way.
You can access the service using the same username and password as the Customer Area. If you do not already have an account you can easily provide, just have your Customer Code, an invoice and follow the instructions that will be provided to you during registration.
With this version of the MyTIM.SM APP you can:
- Register a MyTIM.SM account to access from the APP or the Web
- View offers and active services
- Request and receive assistance
- Check Minutes, SMS and Giga available on your mobile lines
- Check the traffic of your landline
- Check if your Internet line is running regularly and the consumptions made
- View the invoice in pdf format and download it
- Receive notifications with the progress of your reports and communicate in real time with our assistance service.
