It was established by the spiritual philosopher Yoga and Bhagwatcharya Pujya Gurudev Swami Shri Parmanand Ji Maharaj with the permission and blessings of the most revered Gurudev Paramhans Saint Shri Latbaba Ji Maharaj and Paramhans Saint Shri Kishori Das Ji Maharaj.
