The Cloud Telephone Assistant mobile application is intended for business users of the HT ERONET telephone service. Through the mobile application, the user manages incoming calls to one or more phone numbers included in the service.
The user has the possibility to adjust the status of the selected telephone number in case he is present or absent at the workplace and apply different call forwarding scenarios accordingly. It is also possible to adjust the schedule of working hours according to the user's wishes for automatic change of present/absent status.
The application offers an overview of incoming calls to the selected phone number and listening to voice messages left on the number, and users can receive notifications about missed calls and voicemails via e-mail.
The user of the service with administrator rights within the application creates scenarios for redirecting incoming calls, and can also record voice instructions that will then be applied in the redirection menus.
