Vidlr is a built-in browser and video downloader in one app. Browse any site, detect video streams automatically, and save them directly to your device β no extensions, no desktop required.
HOW IT WORKS
Navigate to any page with a video. Vidlr's stream detector watches for MP4, HLS, DASH, and other video URLs in the background. When streams are found, tap the download panel to review and choose the one you want. Vidlr downloads it to your chosen folder with full pause/resume support.

Copy a video page URL anywhere on your device. When you switch back to Vidlr, it offers to open the link in a new tab or your current tab β instantly.
π₯οΈ Desktop Mode
Toggle desktop mode per tab to force sites to serve their full desktop layout, giving access to higher-quality streams that mobile layouts may hide.
π Download Manager
A full download history with per-item progress, speed, ETA, pause/resume/cancel/retry controls, and direct file-open and folder-open shortcuts.

Free users can open up to 2 browser tabs. Upgrade to Pro once to remove all advertisements and open unlimited tabs.
WHAT VIDLR DOES NOT DO
Vidlr detects streams that your browser already loads as part of normal page rendering β it does not crack DRM, bypass authentication, or circumvent any access controls. Only streams that the page itself delivers to the browser are accessible.
