Spation Pro Crew is a workspace-based solution designed for workers (referred to as "crew") who handle space management and building management tasks. When a workspace manager assigns tasks such as repairs or cleaning to the crew, crew members can review the tasks in the app, perform check-in/check-out, complete checklists, and submit work reports to the manager.
Assigned tasks can be viewed in the "My Tasks" tab. Tapping a task card opens a detail page with the task location, reference information, and other context needed for the job. Check-in/check-out is only allowed within a 100-meter radius of the assigned worksite, which requires real-time location access while the app is in use. Photos can be attached to work reports from the device gallery, which requires storage access permission.
Crew members' personal information is collected only through agreements with employer companies, with some fields being optional. All personal information is stored in encrypted form.
