About this app

KSEC QR is the official digital identity application for
employees, contractors, and authorized visitors at
facilities operated by KSEC.

It replaces the physical ID at security checkpoints, streamlining the entry and exit process quickly, securely, and without contact.

— HOW IT WORKS —

Registration is a guided three-step process:

1. Phone Verification — Confirm your mobile number
via an SMS code to ensure the registration is yours.

2. Personal Photo — The application verifies that your face is
clearly visible to associate it with your identity.

3. ID Card Reading — Photograph the front of your ID card.

The app automatically extracts and verifies your data
using optical character recognition (OCR), validating
that the document is valid and belongs to you.

Once registered, a dynamic QR code is generated that is automatically renewed and scanned by security personnel at checkpoints.

── SECURITY AND PRIVACY ──

• Your information is stored only on your device.

It is not uploaded to external servers or the cloud.

• The QR code encrypts your information with AES-128, so
only readers authorized by KSEC can interpret it.

• Images of your ID are used exclusively to
validate your identity at the time of registration and are not
stored in the application.

• You can delete all your data at any time
by logging out of the application.

This application is for internal and exclusive use within the
KSEC system. You must be part of an organization
affiliated with KSEC to use it.
