About this app

Bilo is a home care diary. It helps families and caregivers organize, in one place, the daily notes of an elderly or infirm person—replacing the traditional on-call notebook used at home.

WHO USES BILO

Families caring for a loved one at home, with the help of caregivers, nursing technicians, or other family members. Everyone involved in the care enters the same "house" within the app and sees everything that happens in real time.

WHAT YOU RECORD IN BILO

• Bathing, meals, hydration, and bathroom visits
• Medications given, with time and dose
• Sleep: bedtime, wake-up time
• Mood and how the person was throughout the day
• Vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, blood sugar, weight) — configurable by you
• Scheduled routines and activities
• On-call: who is currently caring
• Messages and notes between caregivers and family members
• Custom types of entries (e.g., diaper change, physiotherapy) with questions that YOU define

WHAT BILO SHOWS

• Timeline of the house with everything that happened today
• Rooms of the house, indicating where each person is
• Upcoming medications and routines
• Daily and weekly schedule
• Visual reports: what was done × what was not done, point by point, day by day

• Children and grandchildren who help care for their parents or grandparents at home
• Caregivers and nursing technicians who work in the home

PRIVACY

Each "home" in Bilo is private. Only the members you invite see the notes. You own your data and can request account deletion at any time, directly through the app.

IMPORTANT — READ

Bilo is NOT a healthcare service. It does not replace doctors, nurses, or any other professional, does not diagnose diseases, does not treat medical conditions, and does not clinically monitor patients. In case of emergency, call SAMU (192) or the Fire Department (193). Notes in Bilo are made manually by the caregivers and family members themselves — the app does not measure or interpret anything on its own.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

After a free trial period, Bilo remains available by monthly or annual subscription, with different plans (Basic, Family, Premium) that vary the number of people cared for and caregivers that fit in each home. Details and prices are available within the app.
