I ordered two times the first time I got my order and it was all okay but then the 2nd time the app stoped working for me and I didnt receive nether my order nor my money back and it has been months

I placed an order six months ago and paid by card, but I never received my items. The company appears to have scammed me — they took my money, shut down their app and closed their store in Cairo. Since then, I’ve tried contacting them through messages and email, but no one has responded. I believe this is a case of fraud, and I request that appropriate action be taken to help me recover my funds and hold the responsible parties accountable. they don't deserve even one star
