About this app

SIHI is a mobile application intended to provide the KSUMC patient or end user with information and support related to KSUMC Patient Services like appointments, admission, medication, radiology, medical reports and laboratory results. This is mobile application program designed for use within King Saud University Medical City. The purpose of the patient electronic services is usually for tracking appointment and admission schedules, inquiry about medical reports of the patients, pharmacy medication dispense of patients, radiology and laboratory results of the patients. It is a tool by using the mobile phones for informing the patients about their services, which before, can only be accessed through computers.

suddenly, the app does not work. I can't log in, and I have an appointment next week. I hope this issue is fixed before that time comes. this app is supposed to be helpful. it's only getting in my way.

It says I have a wrong ID number upon registration. I cannot acces the app. How can I get my refills of medication if it's like this? 🙄

UPDATE: the app is working now and also, lab results are now available! Can't sign in any more
