Kubera is the technology applied to help employers recognize and measure the performance of their work team.

We support our corporate clients so that their collaborators obtain greater recognition and improve their performance, by applying incentive and benefit strategies in their operations, through digital bonus technology and Kuboinz digital currency.

And the best of all, is that you can access the multi-catalog of digital prizes in more than 180 allied stores and REDEEM your Kuboinz for fabulous prizes

In this update, we have made significant changes to the user interface. Updated bottom navigation menu icons and names. On the home screen, we have replaced the user information section with KuNews, formerly known as News, which now contains posts made by contributors. Additionally, at the top, an icon has been added to display the number of Kuboinz available and a button to access user notifications.


In version one of the app, the News section has been replaced by KuMunity. This section provides access to the Leaders, Challenges and Groups features, keeping the structure and functionality of the screens intact.



In KuWallet, users can now view the balance of their Kuboinz, list the prizes that have been redeemed, as well as the bonuses granted by the company. In addition, general information about the redemptions of all users is included, along with the top 3 favorite brands.


The Awards section has been renamed KuBenefits. This section presents featured brands, categories, discount agreements and the option to see the complete list of all brands.


The Account screen has been updated and is now called KuPersonal. In addition to the new design, the 'What's relevant' section has been added, which includes options such as My Ranking, My Badges, and My Friends, previously located on the home screen in version one of Kubera.
