Major functionality such as outage reporting and notification settings are ignored by Eversource. I have reported outages a couple of times via the app and had it indicate no outages in my area for up to an hour later. Today it did that, and when it finally did say it knew about an outage, it was 600 homes. The app also ignores the alert settings, robocalling about outages even when set to only alert via text. Clearly a disconnect between the app and Eversources real database.

It's very easy to use, especially to pay my gas and electric bills. However, I'm on a payment plan with both electric and gas. I'm supposed to be getting a certain amount of money paid into my balance through Eversource and can't find a way to see how much Eversource paid towards balance. Other than that, I can see my monthly statements and their due dates, which is very convenient, especially since I went paperless. It doesn't make you open a PDF like my bank statements, for example.

the app looks good and runs but doesn't give you accurate billing information. I paid my bill and it still says that I owe money. Meanwhile if I go to the website all you see is zeros because I paid the bill. Then on the app you also can only pay one bill at a time instead of paying all the bills at the same time in one transaction. After you pay a bill, there's no notice of pending transactions, so you can't even see that the system has registered your transaction.
