I got a new account number when I moved. I decided to try the app instead of the website and it just says user already exists and locks me out for 15 minutes. I just want to pay my bill and work dies t allow time to sit on hold on the phone for 20 minutes or get a call back. Really terrible setup.

It doesn't let you set auto payments using a credit card, Applepay , PayPal. They want your Bank account. Sad.
