We talked with the Kugadi team like a one year ago to see if we would sign up, at that time they were missing a couple of features that we needed. The recently contacted us with the new features included, they work great. Also, they have incorporated a new smart reporting system that we have never seen before. Our team agrees they are the most avanced solution out there!

We just switched from Tracktik and we are very happy with this change, they have more comprehensive price structure and no extra fees. Most important change is that it is easier to use for guards, management and customers. The kugadi crew helped us set up over 20 sites and we completed this very fast, great company to work with.

The NFC tags are the best solution for the Guard Tour because it never fails, the QR codes we used before did not read well and at night the flash made it hard to actually complete the readings. I really recommend this company, customer support is great and my customers love the reports full of pictures.
