Highly not recommended platform for the payment of educational fee and bill payments etc. Details of transactions are not being updated in the app even after elapsing considerable time i.e 02 to 03 weeks. Moreover, highlighted issues have also not been addressed even after a series of complaints and reminders, which reflects poor skills and services to the customers.

Never have I seen a fintech app so broken. It's OTP works only when it wants to. On top of that, there customer support is not responding. I have requested my children's school to work on an alternative.
