Ratings and reviews

Quickpay? Sluggish, slow, buggy, outdated, weird, and completely off putting. It doesn't even have data for its own registered users, I'd recommend it to my enemies lol or people I dislike. Deleting it, I'd rather stand in line and submit the bill than use this application.

One of the worst apps I've ever used. UI feels likes it's made by teenage Vibe Coder. When I actually got through the cumbersome process and attempted to pay the bill, shocked to see 'Platform' charges to pay my bills..😂 No thanks, I'm gonna stick to paying my bills using my banking apps, goodbye!

Pathetic customer service I called helpline lady attended the call and told we stopped online payments from couple of months (6-8 months) she was also not sure. I made lesco and PTCL payment last month both payments were successfully paid . I again paid this month Lesco Bill payment deducted aprox 92000 but lesco doesn't receive any payment yet. I have asked customer service they said send all transaction details to what's app no. they will assist you.
