The worst app ever. First, Kuickpay charged me double for a transaction two months ago. Now it has totally stopped working for any transaction. Their customer support team is the worst I have seen. instead of addressing the issue. They keep referring us to the bank. I will recommend the institutions associated with this vendor to unsubscribe from this useless payment app.

The worst gui and aftershaves service. where its impossible to contact a help line. The number always is either turned off or there is no answer. Even when complaining via their listed email, it takes days before anyone responds. The biggest issue however is that since the past few months, credit card options dont work for making payments. I would NOT RECOMMEND Kuipay to even my worst enemy! If there was a way to give it negative marks I would. PATHETIC

Pathetic. poor. card payment option Not working since long. no one to talk to. unable to login. they should better wind up their Business, if the cannt manage.
