Wood Sort! is a simple, satisfying puzzle game about one thing: sorting colored wood blocks until everything lines up perfectly. No timers, no pressure — just you, some blocks, and a little logic.
How to Play
Each level starts with several columns full of mixed-up wood blocks. Tap a column to pick up the block on top, then tap another column to place it — but a block can only be dropped onto a matching color or an empty column. Keep moving blocks around until every column holds just one color. That's it! Easy to understand, but as more colors and columns get added, avoiding a block jam takes real strategy.
What Makes It Different
Most block puzzle or color sort games look the same — flat shapes on a plain background. Wood Sort! gives the classic sorting formula a warm, tactile feel with real wood textures and smooth stacking animations, plus a few twists that keep the sorting fresh:
Unknown Blocks – Some blocks stay hidden until you clear the block sitting on top of them, adding a bit of mystery to your sorting strategy.
Curtain Blocks – Certain blocks are tucked behind a curtain and only reveal themselves once you've sorted enough matching-color blocks into that column — a fun twist on the usual block match puzzle.
Frozen Blocks – A few blocks are locked in place. You can stack on top of them, but they themselves can't be moved, forcing you to plan your color sort around them instead of through them.
