What's the point of earning rewards when you can't even use them! I had 2 rewards I wanted to use today (last day) and the confirmation email never came through. After about half an hour after we left the email decided to come through. That place is too damn expensive and yes I'm complaining about $10 bucks I could of saved but didn't!

I love Kura, but every time I open this app it automatically turns the brightness on my phone up to the highest setting possible. So if I click on a notification from the app, suddenly it feels like I'm staring directly into the sun. I can't turn this off in the settings of the app or my phone. Believe me, I've tried. Please fix this bug!

First of all the reward program is so unreasonable. I keep losing any points before I can use them and I go to Kura every time I go to Mall of America (which is several times a year) If you can't go within 30 days it's useless. Also last time I went the Kirby cups but they were already out of stock. We committed to spending enough to qualify for them but without any signage saying they were out of stock we expected to earn that prize and it was disappointing to have spent more for nothing
