What's the point of earning rewards when you can't even use them! I had 2 rewards I wanted to use today (last day) and the confirmation email never came through. After about half an hour after we left the email decided to come through. That place is too damn expensive and yes I'm complaining about $10 bucks I could of saved but didn't!

Bad Experience 👎 it's not the app that is wrong. It is the service at the restaurant. Every time I try to do self checkout with this app on my phone. The website crashes & I have to go through the cashier. Then, the cashier forgets to connect my rewards program with the purchase. At the cashier and then I don't get credit for my discount points later. So I decided not to go to this restaurant anymore. It's not because the app doesn't work. It's because the service at the restaurant is terrible

I love Kura, but every time I open this app it automatically turns the brightness on my phone up to the highest setting possible. So if I click on a notification from the app, suddenly it feels like I'm staring directly into the sun. I can't turn this off in the settings of the app or my phone. Believe me, I've tried. Please fix this bug!
