Used to correctly restart the monitoring function and periodic alert settings when the smartphone boots up.

REQUEST_IGNORE_BATTERY_OPTIMIZATIONS:
Used to avoid restrictions from battery saving features, ensuring the monitoring function works stably even when the screen is off.

REQUEST_DELETE_PACKAGES:
Used to uninstall unnecessary apps directly from within the app.

FOREGROUND_SERVICE / FOREGROUND_SERVICE_SPECIAL_USE:
Used to continue monitoring in the background without being terminated by the system when the "Always Monitor" feature is enabled.
