An e-commerce platform that provides merchants with multiple channels to sell their products, including online and in-store sales, and gives customers the freedom to choose their preferred method of shopping

First, the online sales channel provides the option to shop through a website or other digital platform. This channel includes a separate website where the customer can browse products and shop online, and then have their purchases shipped to their address automatically by logistics companies.

Second, the in-store channel provides the option to shop in a physical store through our point of sale. This channel includes traditional built-in stores and temporary kiosks, where the customer can visit the store and shop in person, and then choose whether he prefers to have the product shipped to his address or take it with him at the same moment

The availability of multiple sales channels in one platform, including online and in-store sales, enables merchants to reach a larger segment of customers and gives customers more flexibility and convenience
