Who Are We?
The Kütahya Young Businesspeople and Executives Association (KÜGİAD) was founded in 1993 to bring together young entrepreneurs and businesspeople to contribute to regional development, increase solidarity in the business world, and develop young businesspeople's leadership skills.

Since its founding, KÜGİAD has implemented countless projects, training programs, and social responsibility initiatives for both its members and the regional economy. Today, with the same enthusiasm and determination, it continues to strengthen the entrepreneurial spirit, collaboration, and innovative thinking.
