SkoolMatic Driver helps school drivers manage assigned trips and keep their school informed throughout the journey. It is designed for drivers registered by schools using SkoolMatic.

Manage assigned trips
• View routes, trips, vehicle details, student lists and pickup points.
• Start and end your assigned school trips.
• Mark students as boarded, dropped off, absent or not travelling.

Keep the school informed
• Share the school vehicle’s live location during active trips.
• Report delays, trip issues and emergency alerts.
• Receive trip notifications and make supported in-app calls to authorized school and parent contacts.
• View call history and available salary statements.

Location during trips
With location permission, SkoolMatic Driver shares the vehicle’s location with the school and authorized parents during an active trip. Background location allows tracking to continue when the app is closed or not in use. Trip tracking stops when the trip ends. Live tracking requires an internet connection.

School access required
Your school must register your driver account and assign your trips. Sign-in may require a school code and registered phone number. Available features depend on your school’s configuration.
