Error. key data is missing in the map error message comes up and the app won't work.

the first time i logged into this app, i used ID.me and was told that i need to register. i immediately registered, though i had to do it in-browser because it's Sunday, and can use VetRide in-browser. now, i try to sign into the app using ID.me [which i use for all of VA], and nothing happens; after a few minutes, i get the "Your session has expired" notification, though the app never left the login page. also, is this intended to replace DAV Transportation in Kansas? or just to be easier?

On phone call, the operator is not available and the voicemail box is full, therefore one can not finish registration for VetRide Passenger
