Ratings and reviews

I have to set my phone's font to the smallest avail to use the app. Various parts overlap each other on all pages. All pages need to be realigned in order to use on smartphones. It works ok when logged in, but now, it doesn't work right at all. As soon as I get logged in, either via direct login or through VA Access, I get booted right back out. I can't get in the app anymore. Instead, I have to use the limited Vet Ride through the VAs web page. This is a very poorly executed app & needs redone.

it's worthless you put a zip code in and it comes up with nothing, always an error

Awesome program for veterans if you qualify. Recommend everyone applies and use this transportation service.
