the first time i logged into this app, i used ID.me and was told that i need to register. i immediately registered, though i had to do it in-browser because it's Sunday, and can use VetRide in-browser. now, i try to sign into the app using ID.me [which i use for all of VA], and nothing happens; after a few minutes, i get the "Your session has expired" notification, though the app never left the login page. also, is this intended to replace DAV Transportation in Kansas? or just to be easier?

little did I know that you have to get a consul from your primary care physician to make this app work... since then this app works perfectly... no more waiting on the phone for hours to get hooked up for transportation!! 👍👍👍👍.

this is 100% absolutely useless app schedule yourself an appointment to get picked up nobody ever shows up it's like the app doesn't even work who owns this app who runs it there's nobody to get a hold of no customer service no nothing useless needs to get removed out of the app store whatever you do don't use this you'll never get your ride.
