App itself is fine and has no issues, but the log in system is weird. The second you link your card to your account on the website, you won't be able to log in to your account in the app. It's like the email gets replaced with the cards' number and the app can't find the account anymore since it looks for email only. I have to use the app with a second account now in case I ever forget my card. Topping up two accounts sucks.

When I turned on the app at the bus stop today, it suddenly logged out my account and won't let me log in, with a prompt saying "Please turn on your internet". All of my other internet connected apps work just fine, also allowing me to post this review and call my family over messenger to warn them, that I'll be late due to Žiogas not working. And there are no Help or Contact options within the app, which would let me contact the app administrators to sort out the problem. Huge letdown.

Overcomplicated app, limited functionality. You will need to register first for use, than authorize your bank card, then top up with a minimum of 2 euros. So if you need just a single ticket this app is not a practical option. It's possible to buy ticket with this app for only one person, and so when more people travel together all members of party need to go through the verification process. Go old school and buy the one euro ticket from driver.
